Mr. Denise was born in Harnett County, NC the son of Alfred Forrest Denise, Sr. and Ruby (Harrington) Denise. Buddy was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Ann Forrest Denise, brother, Johnny Denise and his wife, Frances Petty Denise. He was retired from Belk's, having worked in Siler City, Sanford and Durham. Mr. Denise also had been employed with Sears and Kellwood Hosiery. Buddy was a member of Tyson's Creek Baptist Church, and had attended Campbell University. He loved playing golf, traveling, working and was quite a handyman around the house. He is survived by a son: Alfred Forrest Denise, III and his wife, Susan of Fuquay-Varina; grandchildren, Jake and Elizabeth Denise; one sister: Rhett Thomas of Broadway; step-daughter, Kimberly Corder Joyce and husband Shane; step-son, Carlton (Kip) Corder both of Siler City; step-grandchildren, Blake, Savannah and Karlee; niece, Karen Denise; nephews, Steve Thomas, Patrick Thomas, and Jonathan Denise. Arrangements were handled by Pugh Funeral Home along with Smith and Buckner Funeral Home. Celebration of life was held at Tyson's Creek Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
