      Location - south-east of Grove Hill Church on SR-1663.

      Directions: from Oxford, take Hwy 96 south toward Wilton. Turn left onto Philo White Rd. Drive 1.9 miles to Grove Hill Rd. Turn right onto Grove Hill Rd. Turn left at Grove Hill Church sigh onto a dirt road. Drive 0.3 mile on SR-1663, passing the church on the left. Continue on dirt road approximately 1.2 miles through a gate (may be locked), passing dog pens. Park on road and take a path to the right in a clearing next to the woods.

      Jonathan, Julia, Claudius, Sebastian, Marcellus and Willis Jenkins are listed on a memorial stone in Grove Hill Church cemetery, which was previously rcorded in Granville County Cemeteries, Vol. 1. All names and dates listed here were obtained by ancestor, Grace Jenkins, from a family bible. Three CSA headstones have recently been placed. One is a memorial placed at the entrance.
