Directions: From intersection of US Hwy 52 and NC Hwy 268 in Pilot Mtn, go west on NC Hwy 268 for 8.7 miles. Then turn left on Siloam Rd and go 5.7 miles and the church and cemetery are on the left.

Burials surveyed by Bob Carter in March 2002 and resurveyed with a full survey (including photos) in February 2012. The survey started at the southwest corner next to the church parking lot and a private family home and worked in a zig-zag fashion to the back of the cemetery below the church. There were several ground depressions and open spaces suggesting old burials.
