Location - Off Tom's Creek Rd, Pilot Mtn., Surry Co., NC.

Directions: From intersection of US Hwy 52 and NC Hwy 268 in Pilot Mtn, go west on NC Hwy 268 for about 2 miles and turn right on Tom's Creek Rd. Then go about 1 mile and park on the left side of the road just before the bridge over Tom's Creek. Follow an old road bed to a short crossing over a branch (ditch). Once you cross the ditch, turn right and walk until you see Tom's Creek. Then, turn left and walk uphill to an 11:00 o'clock position up a slight hill and the cemetery is in a clump of trees. There is a large white quartz outcropping on the left side of this hill.
Very old cemetery with about 10-12 field stone markers, no dates or names. Very hard to get to with lots of briers and small bushes. Tom's Creek borders the property to the north which empties into the Ararat River to the west. Possibly the burial place for the family of Jacob FULK and Tabitha Ashburn.
