      Directions: From the intersection of U. S. 601 and NC 268, follow 268 west for 1.4 miles, turn right on Twin Oaks Road for .7 miles, turn left on Deer Haven Trail. Take the left driveway past the first house (Sam Hodges), follow drive to second house (Dylan Atkins)and park. Inform residents of intent and ask permission. On left side of drive walk thru narrow grove of pines to fence - turn right and follow fence to fence gate. At fence gate look for and follow old roadbed across pasture. Cross the fence and follow the old roadbed for about 100 feet - on the left side of roadbed is an old log barn - on the opposite side of the roadbed is the rock foundation for the Willis Newton Holder House. Walk directly west for about 550 feet. Turn left and walk into woods for about 60 feet to Cemetery.

      Cemetery is on Property belonging to Wall and Lohr Lumber Co., PO Box 497, Lexington, NC 27293-0497.

      There are 18 stones as markers in the cemetery. Tracy Holder at grave of great grandfather Willis Newton Holder.
