The markers are all in-ground tablets in rows. Some graves are unmarked, but for the most part this is a well laid out cemetery in good condition hidden behind a quiet subdivision. An unmarked dirt road curves behind private homes to an open meadow where the cemetery lies. The cemetery is owned by Holly Springs United Church of Christ.

There is room for more burials.
