This small cemetery is located next to the "Toot & Tell" restaurant, a Garner landmark, at the intersection of Hwy. 50 and Garner Rd (SR 1004). It is owned by the adjoining church, "Peace Chapel of Deliverance", founded in 1800.

The property contains 0.75 acres. It appears to have room for more burials but does not have any recent interments. Parking available next to the church.

There are numerous unmarked graves and graves with unreadable funeral home markers.
