      This was the Temple River Farm owned by Henry Temple, father of Rev. Burwell Temple that married Harriett Ivy. The Temple cemetery sits just outside of the fenced in Poole-Jones Cemetery that sit next to each other. There are tombstones inside a small, but dense patch of trees, making them inaccessible. There are several granite and marble markers with no inscriptions.

  2. Temple, James A.   (b. 24 Mar 1826 - d. 18 May 1906)
      • Husband of Nancy Croom Temple. Son of Elder Burwell Temple and Harriett Ivy Temple. Footstone: J.A.T.
  3. Temple, Nancy Croom   (b. 3 Dec 1828 - d. 18 Mar 1890)
      • Wife of James A. Temple. Inscribed on the back of the tombstone: "Unto this union were born six children: James S, Elcy Caroline, Alice Penelope, Beauregard Jefferson, Nancy Ellen, Jane Elena Temple"
  4. Unknown, ??   (b. - d. )
