Location - off Eaton Ferry Rd (SR-1344) about 3.2 miles from Eaton Ferry Rd (SR-1345).
Directions: From Warrenton courthouse on Hwy 158 E Bus, travel 9.9 miles to Vaughan and turn left onto SR 1345 (Eaton Ferry Rd). Travel 0.1 mile and bear left onto SR 1344 (Eaton Ferry Rd). Travel 0.5 mile and continue right onto SR 1344 (Eaton Ferry Rd). Travel 2.7 miles and turn right onto a dirt path. Travel 0.4 mile to the woods and walk to the right along the edge of the woods for 100 feet. The cemetery is 20 feet in the woods and 0.4 mile behind the late Willie Carter home and 100 feet behind a mobile home. The soapstone marker is stored in the home of Ms. Deenie Carter. Several unmarked graves were noted. Race-African American.
