Location - on Wise-Five Forks Rd (SR-1306) about 3.4 miles from Warren Plains Rd (SR-1305).
Directions: From Warrenton courthouse on N Main St and SR 1305 (Warren Plains Rd), travel 7.7 miles and turn right onto SR 1306 (Wise-Five Forks Rd). Travel 3.4 miles to the church on the left and former location of several graves. Race-White.
Two graves were located on the left of the old Hebron Church in the woods but were later moved to Gardner's Baptist Church Cemetery. One may have been the mother or grandmother of Clyde Perkinson. Sarah Ellis was moved to Wise Cemetery. Mattie Louise Bottoms, child of Robert L & Mattie P Bottoms buried on the right of the drive, was moved to Gardner's Baptist Church Cemetery. Delaney White Ellis was buried at Hebron Church and later moved to Greenwood Cemetery, Macon, N.C.
