Location - off Parktown Rd (SR-1625) about 0.5 mile from Alton.
Directions: From Warrenton courthouse on S Main St and Hwy 401 S, travel 5.9 miles to Afton and turn left onto SR 1625 (Parktown Rd). Travel 0.5 mile and turn left across from Coley Springs Baptist Church. Travel 0.2 mile beyond the gated fenced-in pasture to the gate at the edge of the woods. The abandoned cemetery is 0.1 mile into the woods. There were 15 or more graves noted at survey. Some were marked with fieldstones. Race-African American.
